Page under reconstruction following code upgrades and changes from 2 columns to one phone-friendly display.

The site in 2013 viewed from the east bank of the Great Ouse. The old buiding housed a steam engine from 1881 to 1937. It looks virtually unchanged from 40 years earlier (see below).

I believe the plant was scrapped in 1937 and chimney reduced to engine-house eaves.

The small building on the right is the current electic-powered house, which seems to have replaced a previous electric pump.
