Mildenhall (Fodder Fen) Pumping Station

INCOMPLETE DRAFT, Revision 1

Introduction

This station drained the whole of the Mildenhall Drainage District into the River Lark for 100 years but became redundant in 1944 when a new station, Alder Fen PS, was erected further north. The building has become increasingly derelict and has been for sale since 2007.
